Not thinking of myself as a gourmet cook, I am always flattered when people ask for my recipes.  So when my friend, Patrick, of ITsjustaPC, suggested creating a web site for them I thought it was a brilliant idea.  So here they are…they aren’t all up on this site yet, so please keep checking back.
